Who we are
This website is operated by Synaptyx Manual Therapy, formerly Total Tissue & Fitness, at 17W755 Butterfield Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. It describes our services and lets you ask a question or book a session. It is not a patient portal and does not hold treatment records.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send an inquiry we receive the name, email address, inquiry category, optional profession, and message you enter. We use them only to reply to you. Submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam, then passed through our inquiry service to a form response sheet that only the practice can read. Please do not include medical or other sensitive health details in the form; we can discuss those by phone or in person.
Booking. The booking page loads a widget from Vagaro, our scheduling provider. Appointment details, account information, and any gift card or payment information you enter are collected and processed by Vagaro under its own privacy policy and terms. We see the appointment details needed to provide your session.
Phone calls. If you call (224) 242-6091, we use your number and the details you give us to respond to your request.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and Cloudflare may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operation. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Cookies and third-party services
This site does not set cookies of its own. Third-party services may set cookies or collect usage data when you use them: Vagaro (booking widget), Cloudflare Turnstile (contact form spam check), and YouTube (video playback). Videos load only after you choose to play them and use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Each provider's handling of your data is governed by its own policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiry responses are kept as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation, after which they are deleted. Booking and payment records are retained by Vagaro according to its policies and any legal requirements that apply to us.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete inquiry messages. Call (224) 242-6091 or use the contact page. For booking records, you can also manage your Vagaro account directly.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
Changes
We will update this page when the way the website handles information changes, and show the date of the latest update at the top.
